Refund Policy for TheCloudTree HCM

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made for TheCloudTree HCM. By completing a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

1. Non-Refundable Payments

All payments made for TheCloudTree HCM, including subscription fees, implementation charges, setup fees, add-ons, support services, and any other paid service, are non-refundable once payment has been successfully completed.

2. Cancellation Does Not Trigger Refund

If you cancel your subscription or choose not to continue using the Service, such cancellation will only stop future billing where applicable. It will not entitle you to any refund for fees already paid.

3. No Partial or Pro-Rata Refunds

We do not provide partial refunds, pro-rated refunds, or refunds for unused portions of a billing cycle, unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed by TheCloudTree in a separate written agreement.

4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional situations such as duplicate payments or verified technical payment errors, and only at TheCloudTree’s sole discretion. Any such refund, if approved, will not create an obligation to issue refunds in future cases.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment reversal without first contacting TheCloudTree, we may suspend or terminate access to the Service while the matter is under review. Where the transaction was valid under this policy, we reserve the right to contest the dispute.

6. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law. If a refund is required by law, that law will apply.
